Return Policy- Unopened Items
- Holistic Pet Info accepts returns on all unopened items.
- Items which have not been opened may be returned within 60 days for a refund, less shipping charges.
- No restocking fees apply!
- To return an unopened product, simply follow these steps:
- Contact our service department by calling 877-573-8227, or by sending an email to [email protected].
- You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included in your return package.
- Send your package and a copy of the invoice or packing slip to:

- Once we receive your package, a refund will be issued using your original payment method.

- If you are dissatisfied with a NaturVet product, simply send a letter stating your reasons and include your name and the Holistic Pet Info receipt* and mail it to:

* Be sure to include the Receipt that was emailed to you when you placed the order. The receipt contains the price you paid for the item. The Packing Slip that is shipped with your order does not show the price.)
- All refunds will be processed within seven working days and you will be mailed a check from NaturVet in the amount of your purchase price.
- NaturVet will only accept returns on products that they manufacture. Do not send them products you have purchased from Holistic Pet Info that are made by other manufacturers.
- Do not ship opened/used items to Holistic Pet Info. Opened/used products must be sent to NaturVet at the address listed above.
