LiverAid
I am happy with this so far. I definitely notice an improvement with my cat. He was becoming lethargic, no appetite, lost weight, etc. His blood work showed slightly elevated ALT, ALKP, and TBIL. He got an ultrasound but was fine except for prominent pancreas. The vet put him on Metronidazole. I should've known better than to give this to him because it almost killed another cat many years ago. So, this made him worse. I took him off this and started force feeding and giving the LiverAid. He has come back very nicely and eating on his own (dry food). For some reason he doesn't want wet food, so I still have to load up the syringe with wet food to give him this supplement, otherwise, it's very difficult to give this to a cat. I gave it to him one time by itself and he threw it up. I will continue to give him this supplement probably for the rest of his life! I assume this is what's making him back to himself again. He's almost 8 yrs so lots of life left.
