I have 4 Jack Russells and a mini Aussie,my one Jack would have back trouble on occasion and after reading an article in Whole Dog Journal I decided to try your product (Arthragen) and since he has been on it he has had no back problems.He is very active as he competes in racing,lurecoursing and agility and he just turned 10.He has had a very successful summer.The pills have a bit of a smell and if I don't hide them in his canned food he will leave them,but that is rare.

I just had to write to let you know that Gastriplex has made a world of difference for our older dachshund. Over the past couple of years, he developed sporatic chronic diarrhea, which became a real problem. Although he felt fine and we carefully controlled his diet, he would have goopy diarrhea 4-5 times per month. We were able to treat it with Flagyl to stop the cycle, but we weren't able to prevent it from happening. I did some investigation on the web, and concluded that he might have IBD. After discussion with our vet, I decided to try Gastriplex. We have had a complete turnaround. He has been taking Gastriplex daily for about 6 weeks, and we've only had one episode early on. No problems at all since then. He's happy, and so are we!!

I like how fast Gastriplex provided relief from diarrhea, without pharmeucuticals. This product helped several pets get diarrhea relief, soothed the intestines, reduced the size of bm's, thereby allowing them to absorb the nutrients from the food. I've used Gastriplex on several dogs now, some foster dogs. The first foster dog ( I used this product on) had Giardia and acute/chronic diarrhea from antibiotics, parasites, stress, poor diet. I saw rapid improvement within a couple of days. Over the course of a couple weeks of Gastriplex, he was able to transition from prescription dogfood to a high quality mainstream kibble. His poop shrunk in half and was consistently firm.

What I like about this product is that it WORKS – and is put out by Thorne (so I can trust what the company SAYS is in the capsule, IS what’s in the capsule!) Gastriplex is absolutely fantastic for diarrhea brought on by stress or dietary changes! I pet sit many other animals (along with my 7) and use it whenever they come to stay; the various owners have commented that normally their pet comes home with diarrhea – but not when they stay at my house! I recently purchased a different product, because it was cheaper – and one of my dogs has started vomiting bile every night (for the last 3 nights). I am going back to the Gastriplex!

I am using Gastriplex and Gastrigen on an aging Standard poodle. She has had sporadic intestinal problems for many years since bloating as a younger dog. As she has aged (she is 14), the intestinal issues are more or less on-going. She suffers from IBS and sometimes can barely eat and has problems with diarrhea. I like the Thorne herbs because they are high quality and well-balanced and offer things I don't see in other formulas.
I am using both formulas on the same dog and they, and, along with a careful diet and supplements, they seem to keep everything working. She has a very fragile system and they seem to keep everything balanced...no digestive vet trips since we added them.

Our dog has allergies and Immugen made his coat nice an shiny and reduced the amount of flare ups from every other month to only once a year. We give him either the full pill or break it open and mix it into canned pumpkin or oatmeal. We never have any problem giving those pills to him.
