Return Policy
Products which have not been opened may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping charges.
Please note we do not accept returns on products from Thorne Research, Vetri-Science, PetAlive, which have been opened. See below for NaturVet's return policy.
To return an unopened product, simply follow these steps:
1. Contact our service department by calling 1-877-5-PetCare (1-877-573-8227), or by sending an email to service@holisticpetinfo.com.
2. You will be issued a Return Authorization number which will need to be included in your return package.

Cancelled Orders
