Shipping Policies - Effective May 1, 2013
Free Shipping on Orders over $30 - U.S. orders only
- Free shipping applies to orders totalling $30 or more.
- Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
- Items will be shipped by either 1st class mail or Priority Mail.
- Shampoos and other items weighing more than 16 oz. may be shipped by Parcel Post.
- Express Mail is still available on all USA orders but shipping charges apply.
Under $30? $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping Applies - U.S. orders only
- For orders under $30, shipping is only $4.99.
- Items will be shipped by either 1st class mail or Priority Mail

Shipping Rates
Holistic Pet Info has delivery service to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries.
Shipping options to U.S. addresses are:
- U.S.P.S. First Class Mail - $4.99
- U.S.P.S. Priority Mail - Starting at $6.99*
- U.S. Postal Service Express Mail (Overnight to most areas, may be 2 day delivery in more remote areas.) - Starting at $25.99* **
Shipping options to Canadian addresses are:
- U.S. Postal Service International Priority Ground - Starting at $23.99*
- U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail - Starting at $33.99* **
*These are the typical shipping charges for one item. Rates increase based on the weight of the items.
** US Express Mail and Global Express Mail service is limited to delivery Monday - Friday.
Order Processing
- Orders received before 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped that day.
- Orders received after 12:30 p.m. or over the weekend, will be mailed on the following business day. This includes Express Shipping (i.e If your Express Shipping order is received after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a US Postal Service holiday.)
- Our offices are not staffed over the weekend.
Exception: Orders placed using PayPal's eCheck option will be processed when we receive notification from PayPal that the eCheck has cleared. It usually takes 3-5 business days for eChecks to clear. (International orders using eCheck may take up to 10 days to clear.) Please be aware that if you use eCheck for payment and have selected Express Mail delivery your order will not ship until the check has cleared.

Order with confidence that your requested items are available. "Out of stock" items will be marked as such on the website.
International Shipments:
We no longer ship overseas because of delivery and custom issues.While some supplements got through customs without any problems, other supplements would be confiscated and destroyed so it became difficult to ensure delivery and became very costly to us.
