Regular Check Ups are Best
Holistic Pet Info provides consultations to help answer questions you may have about our products and nutraceuticals in general. We are here to provide advice -- we are not a replacement to your own veterinarian.
Before introducing your pet to nutraceuticals, we always recommend that your pet be seen by his/her veterinarian. Annual visits with your pet's veterinarian are important
for a few reasons:
- Routine blood work and other tests can often
detect the early stages of a disease, sometimes before any symptoms
appear.
- Your vet can access the overall health of your pet by feeling
his joints, examining the condition of her coat, eyes, ears and
teeth, and listening to his heart.
- Your vet's observations and the results of medical tests are crucial for developing a successful treatment plan.
If your beloved pet has an ongoing medical condition, it is even
more important to see your vet on a regular basis so that they
can monitor any changes in your pet's health and recommend the
appropriate treatments.
