We are getting a 10 week old Black Labrador puppy soon and I was
wondering what food do you recommend? We have a 1 year old Chocolate
Lab and she eats California Natural Salmon and Sweet Potato. I want to
make sure the new puppy is going to get a good start.

Since I don’t know what is available in your area an excellent resource for canine diets is www.dogfoodanalysis.com. This site has independent reviews and explains why they rank and rate the diets as they do.
Another fantastic reference is The Whole Dog Journal. They also review diets but cover dry, canned and raw that’s available on the market. It is an independent non-sponsored monthly newsletter that also discusses training, alternative health and non-biased reviews of dog products. I highly recommend both references to my clients.
