Return Policies

Return Policy- Unopened Items

  • Holistic Pet Info accepts returns on all unopened items.
  • Items which have not been opened may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping charges.
  • No restocking fees apply!
  • To return an unopened product, simply follow these steps:
    1. Contact our service department by calling 877-573-8227, or by sending an email to service@holisticpetinfo.com.
    2. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included in your return package.
    3. Send your package and a copy of the invoice or packing slip to:

      Arvada, CO 80007
    4. Once we receive your package, a refund will be issued using your original payment method.
    5. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on opened or used items. (See below for two exceptions.)
 

Return Policy for PetAlive Products

PetAlive/Native Remedies is so certain that you will be completely satisfied with their products that they offer a One Year Unconditional Money Back Guarantee.
  • Simply try the product for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied return the product to Holistic Pet Info for a refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • To return an OPENED product made by PetAlive, follow these steps:
    1. Contact our service department by calling 877-573-8227, or by sending an email to service@holisticpetinfo.com.
    2. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will need to be included in your return package.
    3. Send your package (with the RMA written on the outside of the package) and a copy of the Holistic Pet Info invoice/packing slip to:

    4. Once we receive your package, a refund will be issued using your original payment method.
    5. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued.
The above return policy applies only to OPENED PetAlive products purchased from Holistic Pet Info.  If your product has not been opened/used, follow the Return Policy for Unopened Items at the top of this page. 
 

Return Policy for NaturVet Products

Every product manufactured by the Garmon Corporation (NaturVet items) is covered by a 100% Money Back Guarantee -- directly from NaturVet.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a NaturVet product, simply send a letter stating your reasons and include your name and the Holistic Pet Info receipt* and mail it to:

    *  Be sure to include the Receipt that was emailed to you when you placed the order. The receipt contains the price you paid for the item. The Packing Slip that is shipped with your order does not show the price.)

  • All refunds will be processed within seven working days and you will be mailed a check from NaturVet in the amount of your purchase price.
  • NaturVet will only accept returns on products that they manufacture. Do not send them products you have purchased from Holistic Pet Info that are made by other manufacturers.
  • Do not ship opened/used items to Holistic Pet Info. Opened/used products must be sent to NaturVet at the address listed above.
  • If your NaturVet product has not been opened/used, follow the Return Policy for Unopened Items at the top of this page.
