Eye Support by Mercola Healthy Pets - Powerful antioxidant formula for dogs and cats

This comprehensive formula contains the most important ingredients for optimal eye health: Lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, bilberry and Vitamins C and E.
  • Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids that protect the eye tissue from sunlight damage and age-related eye diseases including cataracts and macular degeneration.
  • Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that has numerous benefits for aging pets including immune support, muscle recovery, cardiovascular and eye health.
  • Bilberry, often called the "vision herb" protects the retina and helps improve circulation which is especially beneficial for pets with diabetes.
  • Vitamins C and E have antioxidant properties that help protect eyes from damaging free radicals.
Mercola's Eye Support for Pets has a proprietary formula, deriving the ingredients from natural sources rather than synthetic sources:
  • Astaxanthin comes from green algae, one of the most bioavailable natural sources of astaxanthin.
  • Zeaxanthin is sourced from marigold flowers.
  • Bilberry is sourced from bilberry fruit.
Comes in a pet-friendly natural liver-flavor powdered form.

Each bottle contains 6.35 oz. (180g.)

Since my Bijon is 14 years old I'm using the product to prevent blindness. Time will tell. I mix it in his food and he seems O.K. with the taste.

This product seems to improve the problems we had been experiencing with our Pyrenees eyes. It still pusses some but seems greatly improved compared to $600 worth of surgery which did nothing for the inverted eyelid.
